My mom, dad, and extended family, then Dad and I camped in it until a year ago, when camping got too hard for my Dad, now 97. It's a 1-owner, sleeps 6 (kids' bunk over table), 4 adults. 3-way fridge; 4-burner stove w/oven; furnace; electric pump; 2 stainless sinks in kitchen; lots of storage; toilet, sink, tub/shower in bathroom; TV antenna; no A/C. Comes with 2 propane tanks and brand new heavy-duty load equalizing hitch. Raises and lowers fine. Has on-demand water heater, not sure it works. Other than that, all appliances, water lines and tank, etc. work great. Trailer brakes are new, tires are almost-new. It was in an accident 3 years ago, which damaged a couple windows and the siding on one side, as well a couple things inside (a mirror and the thermostat is loose). Part of the fold-out table has been replaced. The damaged side appears to have water damage, which is new since I parked it last year. Mom and Dad repainted the ceiling a while ago, and the paint is pealing in areas; whether this is due to water problems or not I don't know (areas don't feel wet, and we've been getting a lot of rain this summer). Had wiring work done on it, but since last year, most of the interior lights are not working, though the pump and the raise/lower mechanism work.

Mom and Dad maintained it really well, but because of side and other damage, I'm asking $750.00 OBO. It's raining right now, so I can't take any pics. Email me for pics and if you have any questions.

This is a good deal. I'm sure you have it on Craigslist locally but that is where it will sell. Nobody wants to spend hundreds of dollars in gas and hours of time for a $750 camper. I would also try a Craigslist ad saying camper parts, or call it a "teardrop" DIY starter kit. You have everything you need as a basis for a nice homemade teardrop which are pretty popular now. That's why I bought my 84 Towlite (for $1200) but just fixing what was broken ended up being pretty easy. I still am hanging on to it with custom plans even though we bought a nice new camper we are using now.

I hope it sells. But if it doesn't then you could sell individual parts. Those older HiLos are very sturdy.
