I have a 21ft '97 Towlight that is just great except for the upper walls which are just too far gone to save. Everything looks almost new inside and it even smells newish, the cushions are perfect, the appliances look virtually unused, etc.
The second (?) owner blocked the upper half solidly enough to use it anywhere, and the roof seems good.
I've decided not to proceed with using it for a homemade houseboat and just want to sell it as is, registered for the road and good enough to take home.
