This TL has a good interior. The Dometic 3 way fridge, Carrier AC, Furnace, plumbing all work. I have been having some problems with the hot water heater. Pilot initially lights, but goes out when I turn to 'ON'. Has pull down bunk in pristine condition.

Why so cheap?

My wife and I camped in this trailer late September. I saw that the bolt securing the rear awning bracket had come out and determined that there was some rot in the beam at the bottom of the top half in the back. I went to start the repair the other day and when I went to raise the top I heard a cable snap.

The exterior is decent, but has a few dents and dings from when I was learning to back into wooded campsites.

Even though there is great info on the forum on replacing cables, I do not feel up to the task.

I will be happy to answer any questions. I am located in Albany, NY.

Good luck with the dale. With the price, I would think someone will snap it up quickly.

If interested I have a 2407T that may be for sale in the spring. Everything works perfect!

Thanks! I prefer not to store it over the winter, and would like to see it in the hands of some one with the inclination and ability to do the fixes.

Where did the water penetrate? From the roof? Maybe it came in from the sewer vent on the roof???
I am interested.
Is there any delaminating clues of the wall on the siding above the rot?

While I am not positive of the source of t leak, I suspect that it is a between the rear cap and the roof. When I removed the trim piece over the rear beam, it appeared that the beam was bone dry and solid except for the about 6 inches on both ends. This suggested to me that water traveled to the rear corners of the slightly curved roof and between a slight gap the rear cap and the body.
