We are selling our 27' Tow Lite with a "tip out". I believe we are the 3rd owners of this trailer. We drove to a dealer in Oregon in 2016 to buy it. This model has a jack knife sofa that converts to a bed. The bedroom is at the back of the trailer and has a walk around queen size bed. The kitchen area, which includes the sofa, has a three burner stove with an oven. A small microwave is across from the refrigerator. There is an AM/FM Stereo with speakers in the kitchen area and in the bedroom. The trailer is fully loaded with tons of option, please see the original factory window sticker. The Original list price at the Arizona dealer was $28,438.00. Our price is $8495. Lots of custom interior modifications have been made, please see the attached pictures. A new water heater was installed in 2016. We had the new Goodyear Endurance tires put on in June 2017. A Fan-tastic fan was also added in the kitchen. If you are not familiar with Hi-Lo/Tow Lite, the top half of the trailer is raised and lowered with a hydraulic system utilizing cables. The trailer is in very good condition, we are retired but just don’t use it much anymore.*:(
