I’m curious, is there an advantage to using HiLo’s for this?

Seems like other, more conventional campers would cost less per square foot, and be more available, in general.

I would pay TOPS maybe $6-7K for any 22 foot of that year. MAX.
And it would have to be cherry. I mean...off factory floor clean. whi ch, is quite rare to find...not impossible..but rare.

It is very clean, had roof resealed last fall and put new tires on it. The furniture and cabinets are spotless, no wear, I crunched one of the little hatch doors outside, and am ordering a new one, heat, a/c, appliances, everything works great. I will throw in hoses, tire chalks, 19 inch tv and digital antenna.

So here is where I am at. These are my standard protocols Ive developed for my business model.
1) The interior is flawless exterior except all but...except the ceiling liner has puckered in a few spots = $4000-5000
2) Both interior and including ceiling are flawless Outside is acceptable. NO PUCKERING.This, On a 13 year old trailer = $5000-$6000
3) The unit is spotless. OFF THE FACTORY FLOOR CLEAN
Been used less than a dozen times. Stored in an air conditioned storage under a cover. $6500- $7000 (looks absolutely incredible and spotless)
I have bought and sold almost 20 of these units in last 2 years. I have seen all the above...and of course much worse. But I am sure of what my market demands ( Its Maui for goodness sakes) and well, I need to move these units. flaws dont help...then I have to use my labor to bring them up to par. thats where I am at. You may call me and talk story...my number is in many places in the forum...aloha Dave
PS- The airlines have started up flights June 2nd from Hawaii. I like doing business in Ariz....in Jan, Feb< Mar, April. But, I may do a trip in June for a quik in and out to Long Beach. gtg aloha
