WTB: Hi Lo for $4000 or less

I have cash in hand and am looking for a decent deal on a nice trailer.

I do not really want one that needs work. I understand that this will probably be around a 20 year old trailer and realize that it may not be in perfect shape. I am willing to travel up to ~500 miles from Nashville, TN.

I am looking for something in the 16-24' range. I would consider a longer one for the right price. I have plenty of truck to pull it, just have no need as there will be 4 people max using it.

Looking for a HiLo

Something to consider. Since you said that you have ample truck to pull a bigger trailer. I have three adults in my family and we have a 25 ft. Classic. There is plenty of cupboards/drawers for clothes/Junk. However,we always have to do the squeeze in the aisleway when someone wants to get buy.The trailer with the tipout would be nice. Maybe someday!!.You would have to put some of your gear in your vehicle. Depends on how you camp. Do ytou plan to spend most of yourtime outdors? Will you have all four adults with you on each trip.? Best of luck in your search.

used hi lo s

Not quite in your price range but it will give you an idea of what they are charging in April in the Upper Midwest. Distance from Nashville is about right.

Selling 1988 27' HiLo

I am selling a 1988 27' HiLo for my parents. Age and health issues has made it necessary for them to get out of the camping business. My husband just picked it up today and we have not had time to clean it out just yet, but they is letting all of the equipment go with it. Has a corner bed and is the top of the line model. Has recently installed in the past couple of years, new Air conditioner, water heater with push button to light it, hydraulics unit , hydraulic Cylinder and seals. I am pretty sure that he also recently replaced the tires. This was their baby and they certainly babied it. We have all the maintenance records, it was always serviced at a local dealer. It is in really good shape for its age. I would be glad to send you some pictures, would probably be early next week though.

We are Gadsden, Alabama about 200 miles from Nashville. I don't know yet what he is asking for it, but it would definitely be in your price range and having all the extras (sway bars, t.v., microwave, 30A extension cord, etc.) would be a great money saver for you. Please reply if you would like some pictures sent to you.

DrewKeen - I sent you a Private message.

Thanks for the replies, I have sent messages over to everyone. It will normally just be two adults, but 4 would be the most I would ever bring along. I don't have any kids and really try to spend most of my time outdoors and exploring. I have a 3/4 ton diesel truck so any size really would be a light load for it as far as the tow vehicle goes.
