If you are talking about a furnace thermostat, they are generic and most RV supply places sell them. Better yet, go to Walmart or Home Depot and buy a non-programmable digital thermostat. They work much better than the cheap junky original thermostats.

Yes, that one will work fine. Just make sure it is non-programmable, as most for sale are. I got a Honeywell at HD. Don't forget to get batteries for it. When not in use turn the switch to off. The thermostat makes a good digital thermometer that works as long as the batteries are installed. They lasted all camping season for us.

RichR, Whats wrong with a programmable thermostat? I use a Honeywell thermostat model #RTH221B. It has four programmable time periods per day. I can program it to go off after I go to bed and have it come on before I wake up. it also is less expensive than the other one that is listed. I bought mine at WalMart.

It's probably okay to use. I just didn't think a programmable was necessary and that if you are like me it can be forgotten and the furnace will come on when not needed. You just have to remember to set the switch in the off position when not needed. You probably can get them cheaper.
