I looked at the brochures in the archives but wanted to double check with owners. It appears the classics are wider and come with more standard features and the radiused fiberglass end caps. Are there any other major fifferences like more insulation, wider walls, taller roofline, etc?

You hit the nail on the head. And a little heavier. Not thicker walls.
