Misc:

All in all, the damage is only the inside ceiling. The rest is just dirt and age, nothing elbow grease and some sweat won't clean right up

Default 1971 HiLo restoration.

Make sure you can get the magnets for your break work. Another poster with a 70s trailer can't find them. His only option is to change the axles. He has called the repair place(JR) in Butler OHIO. The part is no longer made. I also have to tell you that the Exterior roof is dammaged and this is why you see staining on the inside. Sorry about all the bad news. I just don't want you to get discouraged when you can"t get parts. It is better to know this info. so you can make an informed decision about going forward with the work. Great pictures!!

Sam, moving this over to a new thread in the general chat area, and out of the pics forum

MrC
Our 1969 Traveler looks a lot like your 1971. Hope that you have it where you want it and are using it and enjoying it.

Later Tim & Nancy
