We'll we had our Hi-Low put up for the summer and just got it out and quickly discovered we had a major water leak that has done some pretty extensive water damage to the top part of left front corner on the trailer. We are pretty sure that this may have actually been going on for some time (prior to us purchasing the trailer). My major concern is that the cable holding up the top part of the trailer will buckle as the wood deteriorates. My wife is now scared to get into the camper as she thinks it may collapse. So it has to go.

That being said I am wondering how much my existing trailer is worth. I know I wont get as much as I should on the trade in and with the damage to the wall I'm guessing I'm getting less then that. But the good thing is that the trailer does have all new waste plumbing and a new water pump (previous owner). They went so far as to pick up a new fridge.

I know this is a loaded question but ideas on what its worth?
