Default emergency hand crank to raise top?

is there an emergency hand crank to raise the top in case the pump fails?

There is a manual pump built next to the pump, that is, if your trailer has it installed. It was a factory installed option on many Towlite models and standard on Classic. If yours has it, it looks like the pump part of a bottle jack. You insert a short handle or piece of pipe and after about 150 strokes the top will be lifted.
