How do I replace the rubber guides for the side rails? Mine are off track and one is missing and 2 are loose. How do I replace the seal on the upper half? It is the one that is supposed to seal the trailer when it is in the fully extended position.

Pretty much the same procedure as the link below. You have to separate the top half to get to the seal and the guide blocks.
