Lower roof manually
I can't believe the bad luck I have experienced so far on my camping trip right now. Not only did a I lose a tire, but the up/down switch for the roof fell out of the wall as a result of the defective tire.
I can manually pump up my roof with the manual pump. But I am afraid to do so because I don't know how to lower it without the switch. Any suggestions? Is there a way to lower the roof until I can get the switch replaced? I am hoping there is screw you can turn on the manual pump like ones you find on a portable 2 ton jack to lower it. Ken |
Raiderboy,
There is small valve/ screw, similar to what you would find on a bottle jack, on the front of the manual pump. Turn it slowly (counter-clockwise I believe) and the top should go down. Let us know how it goes. |
