Default A new adventure is calling

My wife and I are traveling, with the hi-lo, to Florida.
This same trip was my shake down cruise in 2012. My wife, who recently retired, will join me this time. Plus our 2 mini dachshunds of course.

I have made many repairs and changes to the hi-lo in the years since.

Spending 6 weeks near D World, hang gliding and basking in the glow of the great orb in the sky.

I have prepared my new, to me, truck for the trip. The diesel will be more expensive than my old Toyota, but much more comfortable to drive.

We leave on approx 1 Feb. But more weather dependent than date. Approx 3 month trip. Slow return to see friends. Not a sight-seeing vacation, un-like this year.

This year we traveled 8,200 miles with the hi-lo. All west of the Miss. and from San Anton, Tx, with many stops, and visiting Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone.

Forum has been slow lately. So I decided to bring better thoughts than the snow/cold outside, to my fellow members.

I will be staying at a VERY small airport in Groveland. Will be the only Nevada license plate. Stop by. We fly daily 1000 to 1800. Weather dependent
Warm wishes to all.
We are at 9 degrees and 4" of new snow. Supposed to get lower tonight. Car didn't like going to the gym this morning.

Thanks

Happy New Year!!!!!!!

We party at home

steve and Vicki

Trip to Fl good with no weather concerns.
Plenty of rain lately, no problem.

A funny site to see with my little old hi-lo parked amongst the behemoths in the trlr park.
We'll see if theirs are still useable in 30 years!

Hang glider flying has been light due to rains, but it is still winter. Today is the 1st of March and flying will pick up sooooooon.

Will be 70+ degrees today, maybe some rain later. BETTER than snow and 30 degrees any day!!!

Tried to send pics, but file to large for forum filter.

2+ more months before return.
