Outside cleaning question

Does anyone have any advice on how to remove the black spots/stains around the molding of the windows of the camper?

Hi Tina, welcome to our happy band of campers!

I'd try something like Simple Green or maybe 409. I know I used something like that the last time I cleaned my trailer. A "cleaning wax" might work to get rid of really stubborn leftover stains.

Welcome Tina and congrats on your purchase! You might try a product called Goo Gone. Test on an area that is not too visible first, though:

Tina, welcome to the forum and congrats on the "new" Hi Lo. I had no trouble removing those stubborn stains once I used a white Scotch Brite pad and heavy duty rubbing compound, then cleaned that off with water and when dry, I applied a good wax (Mothers or McGuires) same as I use on the sides. Worked for me!

Thanks everyone for the great advice. Looks like I'm going to be busy!

After you have cleaned off as much as you can then use magic eraser sponges. I have had good luck on stubborn spots with these. I was able to buy a bucket of them at Sams Club. I'm sure someone makes a "knock off brand of these".
