Question Pull down bunk

We have a 24ft towlite 2006 with a pull down bunk. It is easy to pull down but is almost impossible to put back up. Does anyone know what the trick is to put it back up? It almost takes Superman to push it back up. We must be doing something wrong!!!

Yes. follow the video, I am 75 years old and not very strong and I can put it back up.
