Default Raising antenna... Help

I purchased a 1986 Hilo. Anetenna on top. I can't figure out how to raise it. It is geared. Black plastic cover over ... a lock, screw, lift??? . How do I raise the unit??? Inside I see a signal amplifier and looks like a cigarette lighter.
Help..
Thanks

There should be a lifting crank and a directional knob on the ceiling. The lifting crank is self explanatory, the directional knob is spring loaded and most be pulled down slightly to turn it, it is the base the crank mounts on.

You might want to get on the roof and lubricate the antenna. I use a white lithium spray grease. Have someone on the inside slowly turn the antenna knob both directions while you spray the gearing and track. Don't forget the pivot areas on the antenna arm. Do this with the trailer in the down position.
