Is is possible to replace just the screen material that is torn and clogged with grease and cat hair? Is the screen frame somehow supposed to pop loose from the window frame? I can't quite figure this out from just looking and hate to cause damage. Thank you for any suggestions.

You should be able to replace it with the usual fiberglass screen. You can take the screens to your local hardware store and have them replace it or you can buy the screen and screen repair kit and do it yourself. You will probably get a better job done at the hardware store without the expense and hassle of doing it yourself. Getting the screens out of the window frames may require some investigation as to how it they are held in place. Our 2310H has little metal clips that hold the frames in and you have to press them down and push in on the screen from the outside. Your windows may be different.

The torn screening I took out of mine was just friction-fit into place with some plastic piping (not sure if that makes sense). In my case, it is a matter of cutting the new screen to the right size and hoping the however-old thin, cylindrical strip still has the life to keep it in place. But that may just be my camper. I still haven't figured out it exactly what I've got. A cousin to the Hi-Lo, or something.

Mongoose, forgive me, I have to chuckle. The screen application you're describing is what is standard on household screens. The "plastic piping" is called a "spline" and it is easily found in home improvement/hardware stores. But, there are at least two different diameters, so you need to get the right size. It is forced into the slot, with the screen underneath, with a spline tool, also available in hardware stores in various iterations. Most look a lot like a pizza cutter, except the wheel is not a knife.

Do yourself a favor and take the screens to a hardware store and have them do it. It takes practice to get the screens in properly without sags or without too much stress on the frame. I worked at my friends hardware and did screen and glass replacement, it's not always easy to get right.

As Jack said, the spline comes in several sizes and shapes. Don't throw your spline away in case it is an odd size, it can be reused unless it deteriorated too much.

I recently replaced the screen on the door and that was not too difficult. My question is about how to remove the screen frame from window.

I told you how ours come out but others may be held in place by springs in the channels. Try lifting up on the screen and see if there is movement where you can lift over the bottom channel and pull out the screen. Maybe someone will jump in here with how theirs come out.
