As many of you have herd by now about the Flooding up here in Central South Dakota, well thats Me !! I live right in the Fort Pierre, Sd area thats flooding from the Oahe Dam water releases. Both my campers have become my portable storage units. We as in around 600 homes in our area had to evacuate until the end of July. Errrr.. all area campgrounds are flooded also

Paul,

Yes we have been seeing all the floooding in Fort Pierre on the news here in Nebraska. Sorry to hear this. I know it's heading our way also. This has just been a terrible year for the midwest with floods & storms. Stay safe.

Default Flooding evacuation

Ditto what PopRichie said. I'll keep you and the others in my prayers. I hope the flood waters recede quickly and life returns to normal soon. sam

All that water is probably gone, but we have plenty here in Texas right now. It has been extremely wet over the winter and spring. We are under flash flood watch as I post this. My girls car got water in the passenger compartment yesterday and that was parked in a driveway that was about 18" higher than the road. If I could send it Cali way I sure would share.

Gus;
I didn't know that was four years ago; but it seems that California needs water more than ever now.
FYI: I live in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, Canada. We still have water here, but some of it getting kinda acidy from acid rain.
