Trailer Dolly, Motorized

To all,

After a great deal of hunting we are the pround new owners of a 23' Hi-Lo. I'm hoping someone in the forum might have some advise on a motorized trailer dolly, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Powercaster is the big player. I think there are some other manufacturers but none to my knowledge have been around as long as or sell as many units as powercaster. They are pricy but you can sometimes find them on craigslist.

You're very welcome. I haven't used a powercaster myself but have a few buddies with narrow driveways and heavy trailers that have nothing but good things to say.

Back in the days when I flew the aerioplanes (sic), the company I flew for had and Aero Commander. It was much too big to get in and out of the hanger by hand. I bought a gas-powered tow dolly, which worked quite well. A guy nearby our hanger had an electric powered unit, which worked, but not nears as well. Don't remember the brand, so I can't help you there!
