Where is VIN number?
 

I just bought my first HI-LO and am getting ready to license it ant have to show the VIN to DMV. Can anyone help me.

Front of trlr on the A frame curb side.
Mine was approx 1 foot from trlr body.

May be under coats of paint. Sticker, not metal plate on mine.

Sometime you can find it on a cabinet door, usually a KITCHEN cabinet door. On the "A" frame it is usually stamped into the metal- IF it's there. As renoites said, under coats of paint. It should have the original sticker on the curbside front corner of the top. Probably super sun faded though.

On my 2006 Classic, label is on curbside front skirting. Didn't you get a title from seller which will have the vin?

I have a policeman coming to my home tomorrow at 9 AM, MST, to verify my VIN. I uncovered it, and searched everywhere with a flashlight, and can't find it.
it's a 2006 HiLo Towlite, 17 T.
A friend said that the policeman will know, but how many HiLo's do you think he's seen!!!
Please help.....it is a very long number, so should be easy to spot.
