Default WOW fast service!!

We took our sunbrella cover off the HiLo when we had to take it out for inspection. It was in the back of our truck cap wich is not perfectly water tight. Wed. we were out running errands and decided to drop it off at the canvas/Awning shop for repairs. The estimate was a week for the repairs. Not even 24hrs. later we got a call the repairs had been completed. They were waiting on fabric for another job and the shipment hadn't arrived. Our job gave them something to do. Stated in another two weeks he wouldn't have been able to accept the job as it is their busy season. Wouldn't you know it snowed with two inches of slush today. Just enough to cover up all the grass and the remaining snow piles. The HiLo will remain with the cover off as the weather is in the 40s and we hope to get at some of the smaller repairs. Only nine more to go.

All that sounds just peachy! I noticed today that I need to again mow the grass.

Good to hear the cover was repaired so quickly. Around here I do the sewing, even on the canvas! (Sunbrella). We're getting ready to re-do the frabric throughout the 240U, which isn't a "U" anymore. With a littly shifting of the water pump and converter, we were able to install a queen futon, a perfect fit! Advantage was a little more storage.
Wrascal, know about mowing the grass, that's todays chore, along with trimming the palm trees and collecting tomatoes and sweet potatoes. Then I can get back to fun things like installing the rear camera. That things is great!! Even has a mike, easier of the spotter to communicate. Have some fun today!

Default Sunbrell cover repair

I would have to buy a Heavy duty sewing machine and to me it wouldn't be worth it. The canvas shop is huge and very interesting. The sewing operator is down in a hole and the canvas is spread out under the massive hole. In other words the right set up for the job. Pretty soon we will be in lawn mowing season!! Time for the list of outdoor chores.

I'm not mowing! I am just beating the grass (I think that is what it is) down with my snow shovel. 😜

Default grass mowing/snow shoveling

I'm doing neither chore as the snow isn't enough to shovel. Just staying inside and doing some paper work/bill paying. Tomorrow I will clean out some kitchen cupboards and send some stuff to the Salvation Army. If I haven't used it in six months then out it goes.
