Receiver hitch for 27’ HiLo

I would like to install a 2” Receiver hitch at the rear of a 27’ HiLo. I would like the receiver so that I can attach a luggage carrier. Does anyone have experience with something like this? The tongue weight imposed by the carrier would not exceed 500 pounds. If you have one or have installed one, what brand did you use? If you built one what size of material did you use for the cross member that would extend between the I beams of the frame? What do you think of the receiver hitch that clamps onto the 4”x4” bumper? It only has a 350 pound capacity but I could live with that. I see installation problems due to the enclosure that is fitted forward of the bumper. Any help would be appreciated.
