Default Stabilizers

I can't seem to figure out how to bring down my rear and front stabilizers on my HI LO. Is there some sort of special tool? My trailer can be pretty shaky when moving about.

There should be an included speed wrench with the trailer. If you don't have it you can order one, or you can use a 3/4" socket wrench. There is also a 3/4" socket made to fit your electric drill.
