We are new to the group. We have been looking for a HiLo for several years and finally found one we fell in love with this weekend, 310S Classic. Can't wait to get out and try it out.

You will love all of the information that you find on this Forum. We are preparing to take our 310S to J&R Trailer in Butler, Ohio to be overhauled this week!! We have your exact trailer so please keep us in mind if you have questions specific to this unit (well maybe we will be able to answer)!!

Thanks Elaine and Bill, will certainly keep you in mind with any questions about the trailer. It was so easy to set up, just getting used to it and remembering what we need to do.

You might want to look at this lowering checklist. There is plenty of room to add items yourself.

We had a checklist initially, now we just "do it"; always walk around the unit inside and out before putting the unit down for travel. Our upkeep visit seems to be going great at J&R. They are adjusting the cables as the slide out was a off level. Waiting on new tires too! I am sure you will love this…tows beautifully!!

I we might be a little nosey, what did you have done to your trailer at J&R's and what kind of money are we talking about. We would just like to have some kind of idea what work might run to have done there. Thanks, Brenda and Jim in Memphis
