DH was over doing some preventive maintenance on the HILo. He was sitting in the truck cab and he sees this guy running in the alley with a black bag. Next thing he knows a cop must have jumped our front chain link fence and ran to the back of the lot. The back gate was open and DH told him he saw the guy run between a near by garage. Then he wanted to leave and part of the alley was blocked off with a cop car. Shortly their after he was able to come home. Wonder if this will be in the police beat. I hope they caught the theif.!!
