The weather must be crappy, or there is nothing on TV, or both.

Actually, I just returned from our first camping trip of the year. Getting my HTF fix!

I'd rather be chatting with friends on HTF anyway.

How was the trip!
You still beat me broken leg and all, how's that healing up?
Ya know I wanted to go out in March and have been so tied up, I still can't go.
Every time I think that I have a free weekend...POW I end up Lasso'd into some other project.....
Grrr....

Trip went great. I'm on a cane now, its still a bit tender at times. My daughter flew in to go with me and help her lame pop. Hah, she wasn't feeling well and I ended up nursing her!

Weather was cold and windy first two days, then sunny and high 50's Sat and Sunday. We did get snow on the hills around us, but I didn't have to shovel any of the darned stuff.

New stuff I put into the trailer worked very well. The Hunter digital thermostat from wally world was very timely and really reduced heat fluctuations. Tire pressure sensor system also worked well.

Shake-down cruise was a total success!

Sweet! I'm glad to hear that you are healing up well.
I was reading the posts about the digital thermostats, I may have to invest!

David,

I bought the Hunter Model 42995. It is really designed for heating or cooling, but will connect to a two wire 12 VDC control system. I just ignored the "cooling" switch position. This unit is non-programmable, but that didn't matter to me. Cost was around $20.

There might be better units available, but the price was right for me!

Just tell people that's the "cooling switch" is for the outdoor unit.
