Well I hate to say this,but my mom is in the hospital again.The abcess got infected not to mention the pressure opened up a new hole.They have been giving her IV antibiotics and pain medication and she is feeling a little better,however her surgeon is out of town on vacation and isn't coming back to work until next Monday(4/8/13),so she isn't going to have an early surgery anytime soon.

Thanks to all for your well wishes. My daughter sure has a way with words. I really tried to get my surgery date sooner. No luck as my surgery is very complicated. It will take four hrs for the surgery April 22nd. Had I needed emergency surgery that would have been possible with another surgeon in the group. Any way I was at a Hosp. in Buffalo,NY . The inpatient experience was fantastic. I,m a very funny person and put many smiles on the Nurses faces. I even got free cable TV and phone. They also provided me with a free daily newspaper. All the bad news you care to read with your breakfast. Feeling much better and itchy to get better weather and go camping!!
