Default Hydraulic Return Line Routing

I was looking under my 2408T this morning and noticed that the hydraulic return line is routed under the frame cross members, rather than through the holes that are cut into the cross members. This allows the hose to sag a bit.

I wonder if this is the way the factory did it, or if somebody replaced my trailer's hydraulic return line and got lazy. How is the return line routed on your Hi-Lo?

If my memory is correct it is under the framing, same as yours. Can't look at the 95 it is over a 1000 miles away but will take a look under the 2009 tomorrow and will confirm or not.
