Default Lifting system replacement

Question I have a 96 towlite the hydrolic lifting system was shot. So I have removed it and put a 2500 lb winch to lift but with no luck. Any suggestions.

Yes, it's worth it! What troubleshooting have you done? Starter motor? Hydraulic cylinder leak? There are a limited number of possibilities! Good luck.

Pulled pump and motor they were shot replacing cables they were not in good shape either tho trying to find the right size is frustrating and I'm having the piston rebulit

Sorry I did not see this sooner. Here is a link to the exact pump on my 2002 24' unit. https://www.surpluscenter.com/Hydrau...ump-9-7963.axd Probably made for Hi-Lo before they went out of business. Good luck.
