Default Manual realse wont let fluid flow

Does anyone know what to do?

Default manual release

I believe the manual release also still need power, seems stupid though.

Default Fixed

Well it was not the manual release or the solienod. It was a bar that is suppose to go through a plate with a hole in it. It was out of alinement and had dirt and rust on it. They cleaned it and alined it and now we are ready to go camping. Thank you for your respnse on your day off. We so appreciate knowing someones out there
