Default Personal report on tires

Figured I'd give my personal opinion on some tires. A couple of years ago I found a spare tire totally unusable and then decided to buy new rubber all around--- but which ones? Narrowed down to Maxxis 8008s thru amazon, had them locally mounted and balanced. Did NOT have to change rims even though I went from 50psi to 65psi.
Well, this trip put those tires over the 12,000 mile mark and I'm here to say they even STILL look new! Total cost, less than $700 for peace of mind. Just MY opinion!

Mine too, Tree. I would not put anything but Maxxis tires on my trailer. Just returned from a trouble free trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon on mine.
