Question 2003 22' Towlite front cover

Hi all! Is there a way to take the front window cover off? We have cracks in the cover where the rivets are. We're hoping to repair it somehow, suggesrtions welcome!! I would also like a picture of the graphic on it, I want to repaint it. Where can I get that? TIA.

You should be able to simply unscrew the piano hinge at the top, after you unscrew the attachments at the lift rods. If it's cracking near any support point, I'd repair it with a fiberglass cloth product.

There was a recent thread here about a trailer that had had a bad booboo on the front corner. It was professionally repaired and looks perfect! I suspect they used a Bondo type product, and feathered the edges in to smooth off the patch. Then, they painted it to complete the repair.

Anyone know what is inside the fiberglass front endcap which the hinges of the window cover bolt to?
Mine are a bit loose, but I'd like to know what's in it before messing with it…
I assume they just put some of the OSB flooring scraps back there for the screws to secure to, seems to be the habit at least what I see.
