Alum roof delamination, is it a problem?

I have a 1995 23' FunLite (23FLL). The aluminum roof skin has delaminated from the whatever is underneath. Is there a structural problem leaving it this way?

I'm fairly sure the delamination is caused by moisture. There is a very fine crack in the caulk (Lexel?) on the seams between the aluminum panels.

My current plan is to scrape the old caulk off with a putty knife or razor blade knife and use some self leveling seal stuff from the RV dealer to reseal.

Any insight would be appreciated ... Thanks, Steve

Agreed, as a short term remedy, a reseal is ok. I try not using metal knives, razors etc. I prefer a stiff piece of plastic, sharpened. Less damage to the already thin aluminum. Also, after reseal, I'd put down a layer of etherbond (sp) over the seam. They also have it in silver. Caution, sticky stuff! takes two men and a boy to remove it.
