Alumi Roof
 

Seems like I the only Dummy with ????...2001 22 td...Alum roof mentioned in last couple post.. The holes are on edge right rear..on edge slightly above turn down to awning rail...Gona clean out 1/4" holes only 6 or so ..What is filler of choice ...Bondo/epoxy/lexel/etc before I put eternabond tape on..and then on to Coat with Kool or Liquid Rubber or Henry elastmer roof coat entire roof...of course letting all above cure befor next step..

Bondo has a tube of ready to use would it be accetable

I'd think Bondo is a good choice. No metal in that, and it's designed to cover holes. Prime the area after working the roof, then apply Bondo, eternabond and coat. Put some extra Kool Seal on the patch area. Keep an eye on the area, cause eventually, you'll see more holes. Just the nature of a metal roof.

I know we should know this but...what material is our roof? 2000 Classic? Thanks (Our book is in storage!)

My 2001 Classic had an aluminum roof.
