Talking awning gasket

Does anyone know what this is and where to find replacements?
It appears to be a gasket that is used to better secure the awning to the trailer. one fell off and i need to replace it.

Cheers!

Provided there are no other alternatives (?) ... the cheap Charlie in me suggests you get an old tire and cut a similar sized piece out of it.

I agree, it's just a piece of hard foam material.

Default Awning gasket

A heavy duty flip-flop cut to size would work too. Beach

I don't know that a flip-flop would be "rigid" enough. That piece is really a "hard" kind of rubber, very much like a tire. It's the same stuff that's on the outriggers, I think.

I replaced my outrigger bumpers on one side with hocky puck halves that I sawed in half across their diameter, so they would not be too high. (Reduced the thickness by 1/2.) I did this because the original bumpers were not installed properly (they were too far out) and I wanted something larger. That quality rubber seems about right.

I lost mine too. Need to get a replacement on soon. Those mounts started digging into the side of the trailer. I've filled the gouges in with fiberglass. Gotta install before I take trailer out.
