Default Guide Block forward of door hitting battery compartmen

The guide block just forward of the door his coming down to far and pushing against the top of the battery compartment door and hinge.

I thought about adding more rubber in the front and back were the top part rests on the front and back bumpers. I was worried that when the top half was lowered with the additioan bumpers the wires would be too loose at that point.

Has anybody else experianced this problem.

Adding additional rubber blocks won't effect the lift cables, my 2209 came from the factory with additional rubber blocks in the rear.
