Jack, You are probably right on that, but like most things anymore, the shipping will cost you more than the item you are purchasing. You just can't get ahead sometimes.

I was being very tongue in cheek there. If I have the chance to make something rather than buy it, I'll tend to opt for "making" anytime, regardless of cost or time needed to do so.

(However, MOST of my projects have been "cheaper".)

My homemade one is made up of $10 in parts that I had on hand. Next time I go by State Trailer Supply I will check it again.
