Since the water is leaking inside the bowl, most likely the control valve has gone bad. I just replaced mine on a trip to Canada. The valve was aprox $40.00 and took me about 45 minuets to replace. If you are handy with plumbing is an easy job. Most of these valves cannot be rebuilt. Get the model number off the toilet and go to a RV dealer/parts outfit and they will have the part or can order it. Can go online and find it also. If you need more info just ask.

Default leaky valve

Happened to us on our maiden voyage several years ago. The valve was the culprit and fortunately found one that worked at an RV supply store. It was a snap to replace.

I'm sure you will need a part number because there are so many models. If you don't have a manual try to find the make and model of the toilet and try entering it on Google and see if there is a manual to download. There should be a part listing in it.

Default toilet repair

I think our china toilet has a shut off valve. Shut the water off and disassemble the bad valve. Go to a RV place and get the exact replacement.
