this problem came with the trailer when I bought it two years ago, the pilot lights for the water heater (s) and the water pump do not come when the appliances are in use. I checked the lights with a test wire, the bulbs are good, I think there may be a (some) wire in the wrong place, does anyone have a monitor panel wiring diagram, the user manual doesn't show it.

The water heater light should only light if the water heater fails to light after three tries. That is usually because there is no gas in the line. Does the pump run even though the switch doesn't light?

Yes, the pump light should always be on when the switch is on. The switch may be the problem if the bulb tests good. The light is only to show the switch is in the on position.

Default I'm trying to figure out

exactly how you test a light bulb with a test wire? Are you using one of those old automotive type's where you clip (ground) one end and Probe the other point?
If so that's checking for power and not testing the bulb.

I'm going out on a limb and suggest that your bulb is in fact the problem. If I'm wrong *I'll serve you a beer when you pass thru my part of lower Alabama*.

NOTE: *EXPERATION DATE August 2013*.

I googled the manufacture of the panel and downloaded the diagram .
