Default Purpose of the external switch on the underside of the front cap?

Have been going over our recently acquired 2307C in detail (cleaning, making minor repairs and updates, etc) and discovered a small plastic rocker switch on the underside of the front upper body cap, very close to the right corner.

Appears to be factory installed, but don't find any reference to it in the manuals the seller included with the trailer, and don't find any circuits (lights, etc) that it controls. Anybody know what its purpose is?

That switch turns the exterior light located above your front cap window off/on. If the light doesn’t work, change the bulb. Happy camping!

Thanks - I stumbled into figuring it out as I was checking for burned out bulbs today
