Maybe my title is too long.... But replaced original Elixir power converter with the Boondocks and find there is place to land the 10AWG red wire from the Master/Main switch (over by door where the raising/lowering switch is). AND of course I can not move my tilt out or raise/lower trailer without that 10AWG red wire going somewhere. I do note that the red wire has 12 volts on it in one switch position and 0 volts in another. Where to put it??

From your description, it appears you are talking about the red wire that exits the Master Switch. If it is not going through a fuse to the Raise/Lower switch, it needs to go to the converter, and it supplies battery power to all the DC equipment in the trailer, such as the water pump, interior lights, and so on. I don't know anything about your Converter, so you'll have to figure out which contact is the DC input for those items.

Yes, I've now found the schematics and will do some tracing in the trailer... I may ask further questions when I get a little deeper into it..

PS: Do you the purpose of this "master/main" switch? It seems to have been a safety item that all house power had to be off before we're able to lower the trailer... Thoughts?

The master switch is an either/or/or type thing. You can either have the lights and other twelve volt items turn on or you can have the lift enabled, or you can everything turned off in the center position. It's sort a safeguard thing and also because the lift draws a lot of current and things need to be turned off when it's in operation.

pjfour2, the master/main switch is three fold. Pushing the bottom of the switch allows
12v power to raise/lower switch only. Middle position allows 12v power to the refer only, this is also the position for travel. Pushing to the upper position supplies power to all 12v circuits.
Like Jack, I also know nothing about your converter. If in doubt, call the manufacturer.

I'll add that, in the center Neutral (travel) position no power can get to the lift motor or any trailer items, except the refrigerator as was stated above. This is a safety feature - you would not want the hot water heater to come on, or the inside lights, furnace fan and so on while driving and you certainly would not want the lift motor to raise the top during travel. Any of these things COULD happen accidentally due to a malfunction if the battery were not physically isolated from the DC circuits.

You would likewise not want a intermittent fault to lower the top with you living inside.

All told, I think it's a pretty smart design.
