Default Exhaust fan switch removal

I need to remove the exhaust fan switch from the bathroom ceiling. The switch is bad. How do you get the screen out to do this?

Harry

I just wanted to point out that not only did Harry get the switch out, he was able to repair the switch also. Nice work!
