Default Water supply problem

I am new to the RV world. Hubby and I bought a 2005 HiLo Silver at the end of last camping season and water was working fine then. We filled tank upon arrival at campground today, and hit switch for water pump but aren’t getting any flow. Crawled under sofa where fresh water tank is and flipped valves open and closed. Neither made a difference. Anyone have a suggestion or idea as to what the problem may be? Thanks!

If the water pump did not run, it might be a blown fuse to it. Check the fuses in the fuse panel. I'm assuming your had your Master Switch flipped to the "inside appliances" position too.

If the water pump ran, it can take a rather long time to pressurize the water lines if they were empty. Just let it run til it stops.

Check the wiring connections from the pump. Most times it is a wire nut connection. Make sure they are tight. Check the ground for the water pump. Sometimes there is an in-line fuse at the water pump.
