Default Television and audio speaker mounting locations?

Just purchased a 2009 22T and was wondering where those who choose to mount a TV are putting it? How about speakers for your stereo? Also, any installation tips or things to look out for would be greatly appreciated!

Chris

I have a 97 towlite, 15" flat screen w/ dvd built in.With only two of us,I'm thinking of mounting the tv on a hindge to the upper bunk so I can swing it up out of the way.We watch tv laying down in bed , the rest of the time we're enjoying the outdoors!

I bought a mount and a attached it to the upper cabinets above the kitchen
sink area in our 2506C. I removed one of the under-cabinet lights and replaced it with a shelf that I made from 'closet-maid' shelving (turned upside
down). I slide a dvd player in "shelf" and the TV, a 19", is mounted up out of the way. I have a 75w inverter that I plug into the dc outlet for the dvd. Saves on counter space. I going to post pics as soon as I can around to it.

Default Tv & dvd

We have a 1994 26 foot. Have the TV on top the Frig. for general viewing or in the front by the window on the shelf when watching movies (camper has couchs in front). Stereo is in the front as well. Put in a newer Kenwood with Aux inputs on the front so I can plug the audio out of the tv to the stereo. Using a laptop computer for the DVD player with the HDMI out jack to the TV. TV is a newer 22 inch Sony LCD widescreen. Likewise, do not plan on that much TV anyway as we will be out and about.

I ran a coax to the shelf of the nosecone of my 26rd to place the tv/dvd player there. I also installed a 400watt inverter driven recepticle as well. This gives me two locations to set it up, on the refrigerator just in front of the bathroom or in the very front between the couches.

I also added two 6x9 car audio speakers mid coach between the overhead kitchen cabinets and the bedroom curtain valance. I ran the wiring through the bottom of the cabinet to keep it concealed. My 1993 Encore audio system has an A/B selector and I wired them into the "B" side. This will work for the moment, I plan on upgrading the stereo system in the future but I laid enough out on it this year, that will have to wait until after the holding tank heating systems.
