Fold out beds
 

I am trying to weed out all the wet and rotting wood from several leaks im still tracking down. We have fold out beds on both ends that seem to be the worst damage. The father in law already cleaned up one end but left the other for me.

Can someone with a 23LX or similar fold out bed system post a couple pictures of what the wall to bed interface is supposed to look like so i can try to match as close as possible.
