Default Mystery part for 2003 hi Lo 2203t

A bag of these parts was included when I picked up my hi lo.
I haven’t seen anything like that yet going over the trailer, any ideas.

Maybe to keep Mice/insects out stuffed where needed...Maybe filter material

good try, don't think so that's it. I should have given more information. new picture shows dimensions, its a web material formed into semi-rectangular piece, and coated with something to make firm. Not flexible at all.
