roof coating
My 04 24t needs some maintenance on the roof. Its EDPM material, I've researched several can't make up my mind. Anyone have a suggestion?

mail, just happen to be researching the same thing! Again, Amazon seems to have just what I needed to complete the job. A complete kit is available for $575. Includes everything except a utility knife, push broom long-handle roller and a short nap roller. Instructions too! a great video is shown on youtube. Even the reviews are great. Kit does NOT include man-power. (please see my previous disclaimer)

Kool Seal seems to be the product of choice.

Ruben, I may be VERY wrong, but I think Kool Seal is an elastomeric coating that is for aluminum roofs. I think the EDPM rubber roofs need something that is especially made for them. I DO know that Camping World sells the EDPM roof coating and I'm sure it's available online from other sources as well.
My roof is aluminum, so I haven't really done any research on EDPM products.

roof covering
ltblue, amazon has a complete kit for a new rubber roof (several, in fact). At $575 or more listed under "Dicor 40 mil-32 foot". That'll get you there. As a prime member, you get free 2 day shipping--if the product is checked "Prime". I can see by youtube videos that it does take some time and care to complete the job, I'd say a better part of a day. Here in SW Florida, winter is the best time to do the job. That's my aim.

Kool Seal does make a coating for RV Rubber Roofs. Whatever you get make sure it is for rubber.

Jack, Kool Seal does sell a rubber roof sealer. Part number KST063700-16. Very hard to find. Wally World sells it--sometime. And only LARGE Walmarts, service desk says you can order it for in store pick-up. Don't remember how much $30-$35 a gallon. When a neighbor went to CW, he was told it was $48 gal, he used the rest of mine for touch up.

And, thanks guys, for correcting my erroneous statement. Sorry, Ruben, at times I can be a "know it all".
I HAVE used Kool Seal elastomeric paint and know it's a good, durable product. I'm sure you could rely on anything they make for EDPM.
