looking for complete manufacturing specs and diagrams on the roof support bows upper sidewalls/stud layout and lower stud layout,with electrical placement and instalation and or assembly specs and diagrams.(structural design prints)

That sounds like a long shot. Maybe J & R Trailer Repair has that type of information.

I agree with Rich R. Your only remote chance of getting this is from JR in Ohio. This might be of some help. Go under off topic 1990 Classic restoration. I have posted pictures of our tearout and replacement of upper walls. I would say we have some knowledge of electrical wire placement as a result of our restoration. Our is a 1990 Classic 25ft HiLo. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance. We did not have to do roof replacement.

I think that you are looking for information that doesn't exist. Even though the framing was supposedly made on a jig. Exact placement of many pieces may off by up to an inch . I say this because, I looked at a few 95 models the same as mine years ago and the placement of where the cable pulleys are welded on the frame was not exactly the same. This is probably why you can't buy a replacement cable made to the right length. Each one has to be fitted.
