First you have to scan every page then convert the manual to a PDF file, you may have to break the manual into 2 or more files in order to stay under the file size upload limit. Then open a new thread in the Library, give it a title, then click the paper clip for the upload window to open follow instructions. Also click User CP in uper left of main page, then go to attachments.
